I am Monetary Advisor and Assistant Director of Inequality Research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

My research focuses on labor markets, inequality, and how social context shapes aggregate outcomes.

I also teach at the University of Minnesota, lead the BEE initiative, and am co-founder of Women in Macro.
